This small series of sculptures is made from local dark limestone. During the creation process, I had in mind plant buds and the power of nature through growth. I envisioned the lower part of the sculptures as a pot from which something grows. The different sizes of the "pots," the heights of the "sprouts," and the types of stone create a growth environment - habitat.
