Born out of personal passion and the growing demand for smaller decorative and functional stone objects, Karstea Studio was created.

It features a collection of items made from local Karst limestone, with a minimalist aesthetic and unique character — seen in slight variations in shape and size due to handcrafted production, and in the unrepeatable texture of natural stone. The pieces are designed to highlight the natural beauty of the material — visible shell fragments embedded within — serving as a reminder of the long-standing tradition and history of stonemasonry in the Karst region, which they help preserve through their very existence.
