Reflecting on who I am, what I am like, and why I am that way led me to the insights that became the basis for this work. By using two materials, I sought to represent two contradictory aspects of myself - I am a down-to-earth, determined, and firm person, yet also dreamy, sensitive, and fragile. The space between the materials represents me, the core of my being. These opposites shape my personal space - the upper part is transparent, offering insight into the core, while the lower part forms a strong foundation, protecting and partially concealing the core.
